What happens when I reserve for €5?+
You lock in your founder number and package. The €5 deposit is deducted from your order on opening day, and refundable at any time until then. It’s not a firm purchase: no delivery date is promised at this stage.
Am I refunded if I change my mind?+
Yes, at any time until the campaign opens. One email is enough; the deposit is returned in full.
Is it a payment card?+
No. It’s your physical key of custody. It takes up the gesture of the smart card, not the payment.
Is it an NFT?+
No. Nothing on a public blockchain: your proof is tied to your real object and your data stays with you.
What if I lose my card?+
24 words restore your custody. The card is protected against copying and removal.
Is there a subscription?+
No. The app is free; you top up in KEEP as you use it.
