Reservation terms
These terms govern the reservation of a RELICKEEPER Founder’s Edition card through a €5 deposit. They complement — but do not replace — the Terms of Sale that will apply to the purchase when the campaign opens.

1. What a reservation is
A reservation is not a purchase. By paying a €5 deposit, you lock your place in the Founder’s Edition: your founder number and the package tied to the card you chose (Veilleur, Gardien or Souverain).
No product is sold or shipped at this stage. The reservation grants you guaranteed priority and founder pricing on the day the campaign opens.
2. Deductible deposit
The €5 paid is deducted in full from your order when you confirm your purchase, as the campaign opens (expected mid-February 2027 on Ulule).
Your card’s founder price is firm: the package grows richer before opening, but the price shown at the time of your reservation does not change.
3. Refundable at any time
You may cancel your reservation and obtain a full refund of your deposit at any time until the campaign opens, with no justification required. A simple email to contact@relickeeper.yt is enough.
The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
4. No firm delivery date
At this stage, no delivery date is guaranteed. The Founder’s Edition will be produced and shipped after the crowdfunding campaign. The indicative timeline — reserve today, campaign mid-February 2027, then delivery — is given for information only and may change.
5. Your data
The email address and information you provide when reserving are used solely to manage your reservation and to notify you when the campaign opens. They are never resold or shared. You may request their deletion at any time.
6. Payment
The deposit is collected through our secure payment provider Stripe. RELICKEEPER never has access to your card details.
