- Relic
- A relic gathers and seals one or several contents — an object, a photo, a document, a text or a link — under a single keeping, inside RELICKEEPER. Once protected, you keep control of it. E.g.: Anaïs adds a family photo she cares about; Karim seals a set of plates as a batch, each item under its own Seal.
- Sealing
- Sealing is like applying wax to a letter: it proves this memory is truly yours and hasn't been altered. You seal by holding your card near your phone. E.g.: Karim seals a vintage bag by affixing a Seal to its case; on resale, the buyer sees it hasn't been altered.
- The contactless gesture
- Simply hold your card to the back of your phone, like a contactless bank card. That's it: no password, no cable, nothing complicated. E.g.: to open her vault, Léa taps her card to the back of the phone — just like a contactless payment.
- KEEP
- KEEP are the app's usage credits. They pay for protocol actions — for example, gifting a relic to someone. They are not euros, and you don't need any to get started. E.g.: Sofia uses a few KEEP to gift a relic to her nephew, without reaching for her bank card.
- The recovery phrase
- These are 24 words to keep in order: this is your backup key. If you lost your card, these 24 words let you recover all your relics. Write them on a sheet of paper, keep it somewhere safe, and never show them to anyone. E.g.: Tomas switches phones before a show; with his 24 words, he recovers his entire vault.
