A precious memory kept safe in your vault. A relic gathers one or several contents — an object, photo, document, text or link — under a single keeping: a set of plates sealed one by one, a patent in several files… Once sealed, you keep control of it.

Durably link a content to your vault with a fingerprint proving it hasn't changed since. E.g.: you seal a poem draft the night you write it — the date and text are fixed.

Your relics are not stored on the card. With your 24 recovery words, you reinstall your vault onto a new card; the old one becomes useless. E.g.: Léa's card is stolen on a trip, she restores everything onto a new one.

Depending on your card: Veilleur 20, Gardien 50, Souverain 100. A relic counts as a single slot, even when it gathers several contents (up to 12). You can extend your vault at any time from "extend my vault".

You hold your card to the back of the phone, like a contactless bank card. No password, nothing complicated.

A gift transfers a relic for free. A private transfer happens hand to hand, validated by an NFC gesture. A public sale goes through a payment (Stripe), from buyer to seller.

For an object created by someone else (inherited, acquired), you record its creator without claiming authorship. E.g.: Sofia seals her grandfather's painting and records his name as the author.

No — copyright arises from creation itself. The certificate is its dated, signed proof: a qualified signature (QES, eIDAS framework) carries the legal value of a handwritten signature.

"Relic" is the everyday generic term inside the app. In a legal act (transfer, certificate of origin), the object is named by its precise type — work, article, software code, invention, manufactured object, data, database, trademark, design… — because each type falls under its own legal regime. E.g.: a photo is a "work"; software is "code".

The highest level of electronic signature in Europe (eIDAS, art. 25): before a court, it carries the same value as a handwritten signature.

It ties the act to a real, verified person: a named proof is worth far more than an anonymous declaration. It is done only once per author.

No. It proves identity and chain of custody — not the material authenticity of the object. A sealed fake remains a fake: it's a mark of seriousness, not an appraisal.

Yes: the app runs locally, and erasure is real — destroying a key makes the data unreadable forever (crypto-shredding).

Yes. The chain of custody is verifiable offline via fingerprint, with no central server to query.

Cards are bought in euros (Veilleur €79, Gardien €149, Souverain €249). Inside the app, services are paid in KEEP, the usage credits.

No. Three free seals per month are included, and the card ships with a starter KEEP balance.

The app's usage credits. You top up your balance in packs, then each gesture draws from it. They are not euros.

A gift: 2 KEEP. A private transfer: 10 KEEP. A public sale: 50 KEEP in protocol fees.

Depending on the level chosen (Simple, Reinforced, Maximum), paid in KEEP from your balance. The author identity check is paid only once.

On the buyer-to-seller payment (via Stripe), RELICKEEPER takes no euro. Only protocol fees in KEEP apply.

Yes for a private transfer. But claiming authorship of a work requires a verified identity — a deliberate choice, not an obligation.
