Terms of Service
1. Service Overview
RELICKEEPER, published by RELICKEEPER SAS (French SAS, registration in progress), is a software protocol allowing the registration, consultation, and transmission of provenance certificates (hereafter "Relics") backed by physical objects via NFC technology.
2. Sovereignty and Decentralization
The User acknowledges that certificates are stored locally or on physical hardware (e.g., Guardian Cards). RELICKEEPER SAS does not maintain a centralized database of registered assets and cannot be held responsible for the loss of a physical card or the voluntary deletion of a local archive.
3. Transmissions and Transfers
The app lets two Keepers transmit a relic to each other. When there is a payment (through a payment provider such as Stripe), RELICKEEPER SAS acts as a technical intermediary. The transmission consumes part of the protocol cost, paid in KEEP credits or by direct payment. RELICKEEPER SAS collects no commission on the transmission itself: only the payment providers (Stripe, NOWPayments) charge their own fees, payable by the seller. RELICKEEPER SAS does not guarantee the authenticity of the physical object: it is up to the incoming Keeper to verify it themselves.
4. Intellectual Property
The protocol, its design, and the name RELICKEEPER are the exclusive property of YTY SAS (French patent application FR2607321 filed on 2 June 2026). Any reverse engineering or unauthorised use of the application is strictly prohibited.
