01 · Patent pending

Definitive French patent application filed with INPI on June 2, 2026 under n° FR2607321. It covers the system and process of secure state synchronization linking a physical object to a distributed registry, via secure hardware module, cryptographic proof of presence, and material resource unit. Under examination.

02 · Priority — December 12, 2025

The definitive filing FR2607321 claims priority from the provisional application FR2515238 filed on December 12, 2025. This priority establishes the legal invention date at 12/12/2025, prior to any competing publication.

03 · Registered design

INPI registered design n° 20255215 filed on December 20, 2025 — protecting the appearance of the NFC card with LEDs.

04 · Attested concept

INPI Enveloppe Soleau n° DSO2025030443 validated on December 20, 2025 — dated proof of priority of the complete RELICKEEPER concept.

05 · A progressive rollout

The definitive French patent application was filed on June 2, 2026 under n° FR2607321, claiming priority from provisional application FR2515238 of December 12, 2025. As the application is under examination, its technical content is not disclosed at this stage. The MVP version delivered to Ulule backers in 2027 already exposes sealing, transmission between close ones, and legal formalization.
